Every employer is obliged to provide for OSH training for all employees including those not working under an employment contract. The Labour Code leaves the frequency of training to the employer; typically, the frequency is once every 2 years. The training the employee completes when starting the job is called the initial OSH training, which is followed by regular training which verify the knowledge and familiarize the employee with the latest news from OSH.
The training provides the employee with information on prediction and assessment of possible risks in the workplace and the necessary crisis situation management (e.g. industrial injuries). The course ends with a knowledge test. After completing it, the employee automatically receives a certificate. You can order the statutory OSH course in the following variations:
